Operations Officer – Lebanon
The Role:
The Operations Officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the company, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across internal processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational controls, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting the continuous improvement of operational workflows.
The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth execution of processes, adherence to internal policies, and high operational standards.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Support the execution and monitoring of daily operational activities in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of operational requests and issue resolution.
- Monitor operational controls, perform routine checks, and report any discrepancies or risks to the Line Manager.
- Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and reporting logs.
- Support onboarding of new operational processes, systems, or tools, including testing and implementation.
- Assist in preparing operational reports, performance metrics, and analysis for management review.
- Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and support audits or internal reviews when required.
Main requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in operations, back office, or a similar role.
- Experience within the financial services or brokerage industry is considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze processes, identify gaps, and propose practical improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
