What documents are required to verify my account?
To complete account verification, you are required to submit:
- Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued ID such as a passport, national ID card, or driver’s license.
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last 6 months, clearly showing your name and residential address.
How long does the account verification process take after submitting my documents?
Account verification typically takes 24 to 48 business hours after all required documents have been submitted. In addition to document review, you must successfully complete a mandatory verification test. Your account will only be fully verified once both the document verification and the test are completed.
What file formats are accepted for identity and address verification documents?
Documents can be uploaded in JPG, PNG, or PDF formats. Files must be clear, in color, and fully visible. Blurred images, cropped documents, or black-and-white copies may be rejected.
Is it possible to open both a live trading account and a demo account?
Yes, clients can open both live and demo accounts. Demo accounts allow you to practice trading with virtual funds, while live accounts are used for real trading.
Is there a limit to the number of trading accounts I can open?
The number of trading accounts you can open may be subject to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Additional accounts may require approval and must comply with applicable terms and conditions.
